What you'll learn
Students will learn to do 9 different meditations and how these 9 meditations make up The 9 Facets of the Diamond of Universal Consciousness.
Each Meditation corresponds to one of the Enneagram types.
Each meditation video is approximately 10 minutes.
Students should plan on practicing each meditation for 10 minutes each day for a week before moving on the next meditation.
This entire course should take 9 weeks.
Requirements
Previous meditation experience is recommended but not required. The meditations are cumulative so it is possible for a beginner to participate in this course.
Description
I believe there are nine consciousnesses available to man. Each is a principle of the Universe. Each is a potential superpower. Each is a potential blind spot. By recognizing each consciousness and exercising its properties, we become whole. It is my mission to inform, equip and inspire you to become whole through the exploration of these meditations. I have spent the last fifty years developing these meditations. They draw from Daoism, Sufism, Buddhism, the Tibetan Eye Chart, the American-Indian tradition, and Physics.
